IVA's (Individual Voluntary Arrangements)
Government legislation now means that in certain circumstances you can qualify for an IVA. Generally speaking if your total debt is over £12,000 and you owe 3 or more creditors you are likely to qualify.
This allows you to reduce your debt level, freeze interest on any debts and restructure your repayments so that they are greatly reduced.
Is an IVA right for me?
This will depend upon your individual circumstances, how much you can afford to repay, your debt level and number of creditors. Fill out our enquiry form to the right to see if you qualify.
If you do not qualify for an IVA or you decide this option is not for you then we have a range of other debt solutions to help you including debt consolidation loans and debt management programmes.
